Lisa Lind

Lisa lives in Southern California, is a mom of 2 adult young men (23 & 20), married to her husband John for 28 years. Lisa had been practicing yoga for over 20 years and it always had been a way for her to reduce her stress and anxiety. 

In 2016 Lisa decided to take her love for yoga to the next level and completed her 200-hour yoga instructor training. She found her passion in helping others achieve personal peace and well-being thru the physical practice of yoga, mindful breathing and meditation. In 2018 Lisa made some big life changes. 

She left her job of 20 years to start her own business. Years of working for someone else and a toxic work environment left Lisa feeling tired and overwhelmed. At the same time, she was diagnosed with Hashimotos and Hypothyroidism.

The exhaustion was real, and she felt like she was always in a state of chaos. It was during a journaling session at a Yoga retreat in 2018 that she sat down and created the outline for the workshop that is now “Creating Calm in Chaos”.

Lisa has outlined 4 basic tools that anyone can use to create a sense of calm and wellbeing despite what is going on around them. Lisa currently offers this workshop virtually to individuals and corporations, as well as private yoga & meditation sessions.

It is her passion to help others live healthier, happier, more balanced lives thru Yoga, Meditation, and Nutrition.
